Orders are usually prepared for dispatch within a short processing window. During seasonal peaks, launches, weekends, or public holidays, packing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery timing may vary depending on your location and the courier network serving your area.
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be shared once your order has been dispatched.
Returns
Because Nuna products are personal care items, we do not generally accept returns for opened or used products unless there is a fault, fulfilment error, or damage on arrival.
